TOMRA VISUAL ASSIST

TOMRA Visual Assist provides remote support to customers facing issuas at their site. The support is initiated by a TOMRA expert who guides the customer remotely to solve the problem. The person being assisted only needs a smartphone with the Visual Support app installed. Smart glasses can also be used if desired.
