Investor Relations Policy
TOMRA recognizes the value of an open and continuous dialogue with financial market participants and strives to provide stakeholders with timely and relevant information to ensure a solid basis for assessing the company’s underlying values and prospects.
The Investor Relations policy describes the guidelines for communication with the financial markets.
Compliance
TOMRA complies with Oslo Børs’ Code of Practice for IR and applicable rules and regulations for listed companies. TOMRA complies with the Norwegian Code of Practice for Corporate Governance (available on www.nues.no).
Financial information
TOMRA publishes financial results on a quarterly basis in accordance with its financial calendar. The financial calendar is published annually and updated when needed. The Board of Directors approves financial reports after the stock exchange closes, for publication before the exchange opens on the next day. Publication of interim reports is followed by an analyst and media briefing available as a live webcast.
As a general rule, TOMRA will not guide the market on future performance or results but will publish selected financial targets in the medium and long term, report developments in relation to these, and update these targets where relevant.
TOMRA does not comment on share price, analyst recommendations or other opinions.
Disclosure principles
Relevant and accurate information related to TOMRA is promptly and timely provided, and such information shall be made available on the basis of equal treatment and transparency.
English is the primary language used for investor communication. Stock exchange notices and other formal communications will be published in English. Occasionally, other formal communication may be published in Norwegian, in addition to English.
TOMRA does not comment on rumours.
Distribution of information
Reports, presentation materials, webcasts, notices to the Oslo Stock Exchange, and other relevant information are available freely to all on the tomra.com website. Stock exchange notifications are made available on the tomra.com website. It is possible to subscribe to stock exchange releases and investor notifications via the TOMRA website.
Spokespersons
TOMRA’s IR activities are conducted by the IR team only. Designed spokespersons are CEO, CFO and Head of Investor Relations. Other spokespersons may be appointed from time to time by the IR team.
The Board does not engage in operational IR work or act as IR spokespersons.
Investor events
TOMRA will meet with equity and debt investors, the media as well as buy-side and sell-side analysts at appropriate times and participate in investor roadshows, and sector conferences throughout the year.
TOMRA will conduct a capital markets day when considered appropriate to update the market on the company's development and strategic priorities.
