What is the TOMRA leadership program?
Fast-track your journey from a recent graduate to an industry leader by joining TOMRA's Leadership Acceleration Program (LEAP).
LEAP is a two-year program where, as a participant, you will engage in cross-functional and cross-geographical assignments, leadership development initiatives and collaborative projects while extending your network across the breadth of the organization.
Upon completing the program, you will have acquired the essential leadership knowledge, skills, behaviors, and experiences to embrace diversity, promote successful change, foster continuous improvement and innovation, and drive personal, departmental, and organizational success.
We have six LEAP positions, one in each of the following functions (Food division, Collection division, Recycling division, Strategic Development, People & Organization, and Finance). Some positions have been filled internally.

When will you offer positions for LEAP program?
We aim to publish new positions on a yearly basis. The types of roles will depend on the business needs. Feel free to refer to the list of available positions for further details.
Where can I find the Leadership Program positions?

How can I track the status of my application?
When applying for a position at TOMRA you will immediately receive an email confirming that we have received your application. All candidates will be informed of the outcome of the recruitment process.
Am I guaranteed a permanent position at TOMRA after the two-year program?
During the two-year program, you will be assessed and only successful candidates will be offered target position. We will however, provide a suitable position in Tomra for all LEAP participants after the 2 year program.
