Corporate Governance
At TOMRA corporate governance is defined to include those processes and control features which have been established to protect the interests of TOMRA’s shareholders and other stakeholders such as employees, suppliers and customers.
Our Board of Directors actively adheres to good corporate governance standards and has decided that TOMRA will comply with the Norwegian Code of Practice for Corporate Governance or explain deviations.
The purpose of the Code of Practice is to clarify the respective roles of shareholders, board of directors and executive officers beyond the requirements of the legislation. A detailed description of our corporate governance practices is found in our 2023 annual report.
We aim to lead the resource revolution, enabling better utilization of the world’s natural resources, and we are committed to doing business ethically and with zero tolerance for corruption. To support these aims, we have developed and implemented a Code of Conduct. Read more about compliance and our Code of Conduct here.
