The Jersey Royal Company, the island’s largest grower and packer of Jersey Royal new potatoes, trialled the TOMRA 5A with excellent results – as you’ll see in the video, implementing optical sorting has improved quality, increased capacity and equipped operators with the technology needed to boost efficiency in the face of industry challenges such as the declining availability of seasonal labour.
