The Recruitment Process
Here’s an overview of what to expect from our graduate recruitment process.
Online application:
Complete the online application form with your personal details. Attach your motivation letter and CV (both in English), along with your diploma, including subjects and grades.
Ability testing:
If your online application is successful, you’ll be invited to complete an online assessment, including numerical, logical and situational tests. The test will take approximately 30 minutes/hours and must be completed within 48 hours from the invitation. Please be aware and look in your inbox.
1st Interview:
For successful candidates, the next step is a first-time interview conducted via teams. This interview will focus on assessing your experience, competence, and motivation relative to the job description. We will also share information about the role, including starting dates, opportunities for travel, salary and other conditions.
Personality test & 2nd Interview:
Afterwards, a selected group will proceed to a personality test and a second interview. The personality test helps us better understand your working style. During the second interview, you will present a case provided in advance and reflect over the results of your personality test.
3rd Interview:
After the second interview, selected candidates will move to the final interview. Here, you will meet your program sponsor, who will provide further insight into the program. This interview may take place via Teams or in person.

What do you look for in a graduate candidate?

How many graduates are you hiring each year?
This varies annually based on our business requirements.
Am I guaranteed a permanent position at TOMRA after the two-year program?
During the two-year program, you will be assessed and only successful candidates will be offered target position. We will however, provide a suitable position in TOMRA for all LEAP participants after the 2 year program.
How can I track the status of my application?
